Description:

A great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a leading Healthcare client based in the western suburbs.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working as part of team, your duties will include:

  • Responsible for managing payroll queries from department managers.
  • Guide employees and/or managers to adhere to payroll procedures and policies.
  • Identify and suggest efficiency improvement proposals.
  • Processing weekly pay runs; including new starters, terminations, parental Leave, long Service Leave
  • Calculating and processing offline payments in line with employee agreements
  • Auditing of processing of payments and master file updates
