Description:

Join a top professional services firm as a PT Payroll Officer. Lead payroll, assist accounting, in a permanent part-time role.

Responsibilities:

This role will support a high impact Finance Director who values the impact of an efficient payroll function. The You will join a close-knit team that rely on teamwork & their great attitudes to get the job done. The purpose of this role will be to manage an end-to-end payroll and then support the Finance Director with a range of payroll accounting duties. Ideally the client is seeking a candidate 3 days per week, however they are open to how these hours are split throughout the week. They are very flexible wit hybrid working & only expect an office presence 1 day per week, with the remaining days Work from Home.

You will be responsible for:

  • End to end payroll for circa 300 staff
  • New starters / Terminations
  • Superannuation / Payroll Tax
  • Payroll Queries
  • Bank / Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Payroll Journals
  • Monthly Reconciliations
  • Reporting
