Our client, a leading Engineering and Logistics Company based at the Naval Base is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, timesheet management or onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with personnel of all levels.
  • Proficiency with payroll of accounting systems - SAP highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of payroll processes while adhering to local legislation and internal procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Execute and Coordinate Payroll Administration: Handle all day-to-day payroll administration and processes, ensuring strict compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Data Collection and Recording: Collect and accurately record payroll data for assigned departments and/or the company.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with both field and office personnel of various levels, addressing their questions, and providing clarification over the phone or email in accordance with applicable policies.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare routine and ad-hoc payroll information, such as salaries, allowances, expenses, and payment summaries, as directed or requested during payroll runs.
  • Data Management: Record, execute, and maintain administrative data.
