Description:
Seeking an experienced payroll officer to join a multi-site group to assist with a new system implementation project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
- Experience in implementing payroll systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using multiple payroll softwares and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll for 400 employees on a weekly basis.
- Lead the implementation of a new payroll system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Running parallel payroll and analysing for discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related statutory requirements.
- Provide regular reports on key payroll metrics.
