Description:

Seeking an experienced payroll officer to join a multi-site group to assist with a new system implementation project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Experience in implementing payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using multiple payroll softwares and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process payroll for 400 employees on a weekly basis.
  • Lead the implementation of a new payroll system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Running parallel payroll and analysing for discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related statutory requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on key payroll metrics.
