Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible and accountable for the timelines, accuracy and operational delivery of the end to end payroll processes in close collaboration with our payroll provider.
- Contribute to the regular review and implementation of the benefits program (car leasing, insurance, pension plans, health insurance etc..)
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports related to compensation and benefits matters
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with social security and local law and regulations.
- Be responsible for internal policies and processes
- Manage the relevant systems and tools (i.e.: participating in set up of new systems & processes, testing and implementation phases…)
- Act as an escalation point for payroll and benefits related questions and provide internal trainings on the topics to employee
- Liaising, interacting and maintaining relationships with external providers
- Close collaboration with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Be part of the onboarding program: Train new joiners about administrative, compensation and benefits matters
- Participate in various projects and initiatives
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE
- You hold a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
- You have a first experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
- Ability to develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the firm
- Good management of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- In terms of languages, you must be fluent in English and French. An additional language will be an asset.
