With AGC Biologics’ increasing activities and associated increasing demands for the level of documentation and efficient working processes, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist/Administrator.
AGC Biologics currently employs more than 1000 people: a number that is expected to significantly increase in the next years with the construction of our new factory next to the existing.
The AGC Payroll team today consists of three people and is situated in the Finance Department. As a Payroll Specialist you will have a close collaboration with both our Finance and People and Culture department.
The role as Payroll Specialist

Working side by side with all key stakeholders your responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure the correct salary, on time, for all employees.
  • Provide high quality service to all our stakeholders.
  • Support the monthly payroll process e.g. handling telephone calls and mails from employees regarding their salary, pension, taxes, vacation, absence, etc.
  • Work closely together with the Finance Team and support the monthly closure.
  • Perform controls according to our internal quality level.
  • Secure correct setup in our time registration system, Promark.
  • Booking salaries in the ERP system.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Danish payroll processes from A to Z including employees on shifts and office hours and different local agreements.
  • Experience in using Visma-Løn and Promark time-registration is an advantage, but not required, if you are motivated to learn.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • System/tools mindset and you have preferably worked with time registrations tools before.
  • Service minded and used to handling payroll related questions from the entire organization and all stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity and wants to learn more.
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Structured and disciplined mindset.
  • Service-minded and flexible.
