Our client seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance standards. QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in payroll processing or related role
Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time
Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies
Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments
Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records
Stay up-to-date on payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Assist with payroll-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to employees
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes
