As a Payroll Specialist Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist in reviewing, preparing, running and maintaining payroll and budgeting systems.
- Resolve payroll related issues within the organization and attend to payroll inquiries from employees
- Process bi-weekly payroll employee 403(b) contributions and employer match.
- Provide payroll training and presentations to staff.
- Prepare payroll deductions and complete reports on biweekly/monthly basis.
- Participate in the preparation of annual operating budget.
- Develop additional comparison analysis using actual and budget historical data.
- Monitor monthly budget variance reports to the departments.
- Ensure that all budget and variance analysis reports are distributed on time
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource to management & staff on a broad spectrum of Budget & Payroll issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
