As a Payroll Specialist Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in reviewing, preparing, running and maintaining payroll and budgeting systems.
  • Resolve payroll related issues within the organization and attend to payroll inquiries from employees
  • Process bi-weekly payroll employee 403(b) contributions and employer match.
  • Provide payroll training and presentations to staff.
  • Prepare payroll deductions and complete reports on biweekly/monthly basis.
  • Participate in the preparation of annual operating budget.
  • Develop additional comparison analysis using actual and budget historical data.
  • Monitor monthly budget variance reports to the departments.
  • Ensure that all budget and variance analysis reports are distributed on time
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to management & staff on a broad spectrum of Budget & Payroll issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
