  • You are experienced in payroll processing.
  • You will be in contact with employees and leaders, mainly from EMEA, and support them with questions, cases, etc.
  • Performs work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Actively seek to improve processes by working together with your colleagues to make sure that we work smarter.
  • Experience with payroll agencies.
  • Systems experience with Visma Payroll or similar is desirable.
  • Good command of Excel, alongside familiarity with other relevant IT systems and tools.
  • English skills at a business level.
  • Feel comfortable in a changing environment that can be fast paced from time to time.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination and execution of payroll with local agencies for our colleagues in EMEA and APJ (~50 white-collar).
  • Support your colleague with the payroll for DK employee (~200 white-collar).
  • Recording and reconciliation of payroll entries in Netsuite.
  • Maintain accurate employee master data.
  • Payroll reporting to finance management.
  • Absence service, registration and reporting.
  • Manage reimbursement in relation to employee illness, mater/paternity leave etc.
