Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Our company has experienced significant growth in the EMEA region over the last five years, and we have plans for further expansion. We are currently in search of an HR Generalist with strong payroll /benefit and vendor management based in London to join our HR operations team.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO:

  • Coordinate EoR services across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring timely payments through vendor collaboration. Validate payroll inputs and scrutinize calculations, including statutory deductions and bonuses.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on legal compliance and CBAs in new countries. Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and procurement processes.
  • Oversee existing vendors, ensuring quality service delivery and proposing benefit package changes. Coordinate HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries, under Regional HR Ops Manager guidance.
  • Support country payrolls by validating outputs, conducting audits, and collaborating with auditors and tax authorities for compliance.
