Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Payroll Systems and Training Lead, you will play a crucial role within our Data, Analytics, and Payroll team. Your responsibilities will include leading payroll system testing, creating and delivering effective training, conducting quality reviews, and building capabilities within the Payroll Operations team. This position involves developing and executing system testing and training plans to enhance the team’s ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead testing for WFS Time & Attendance and ECP Payroll systems, ensure accuracy in payroll processes, including data validation and tax calculations.
  • Translate business needs into effective test cases.
  • Stay ahead with the latest SAP Payroll trends.
  • Assess and bridge training gaps within Payroll Operations team in consultation with the Payroll Operations Manager.
  • Creating and keeping payroll Work Instructions, documents and tools updated and reviewing quality to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Drive individual improvement plan while collaborating on innovations to boost efficiency.
  • Stay informed on legislative changes and best practices.

You will excel in this role if you are a collaborative team player with advanced analytical skills. Your commitment to high-quality customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities will ensure your success. Additionally, you will demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in payroll system and Time & Attendance testing, specifically with SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Time and Attendance.
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering effective training, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Proven experience in quality testing and assurance.
  • A track record of continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in environments with multiple complex Enterprise Agreements/Awards.
  • The ability to communicate complex information/issues to stakeholders.
  • Qualifications or a degree in a business, HR, IT-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to new technologies
