Responsibilities:

  • We are a fully integrated supplier of manufacturing and engineering services providing steel components and complex, high-value-added assemblies for the agricultural, construction, mining, energy, heavy truck, and other industrial sectors.
  • The PC Technician Network Admin role is responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer networks and associated assemblies.
  • The PC Technician Network Admin reports directly to the IT Manager.
  • Day to Day IT systems production support and administration.
  • Performs PC troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common PC problems.
  • Installs, upgrades, and configures PC printing, directory structures, rights, security, and software.
  • Upgrades PC hardware and software components as needed.
  • Participates in new IT Systems implementation/development projects
  • Provides users with PC technical support.
  • Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to resources on the network.
  • Follows company procedures and practices to install and maintain hardware and software.
  • Ensure IT policies and procedures are being adhered to and followed.
  • Train employees in the proper use of programs and packages.
  • Telecom responsibilities.
  • Issuing company electronics (computer/cell phones).
  • Analyze new products and upgrades.
  • Ensure the IT Business Plan items are completed and deadlines are met.
  • Applicable ISO9000 quality standards and procedures.
  • Follows and comply with all Operational Procedures and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environment programs (i.e. IATF, ISO 14001)
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
