Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to perform and review chemical laboratory analyses for both biotech and synthetic drugs
  • Conduct analytical activities to support formulation development
  • Proactively manage assigned analytical activities, laboratory equipment, and materials in accordance with regulations
  • Serve as a technical and procedural expert within the laboratory
  • Support the Team Leader in maintaining quality standards and ensuring data integrity
  • Coordinate analytical support activities, if assigned, and assist in their execution
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to organize timely execution of process controls
  • Ensure completion of assigned activities for the analysts on your shift
  • Provide necessary information for department metrics and promptly communicate any impediments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in analytical development and GMP laboratory operations
  • Strong knowledge of analytical methods and validation processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in thriving within a dynamic work environment that requires efficient time management.
