Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating a dynamic and cohesive brand strategy across MCO countries/cluster to establish a strong market presence and driving growth. This role demands a broad perspective, deep understanding of diverse healthcare systems and the agility to adapt strategies to suit various market needs and regulatory conditions.
  • Being the key contact of the Global Franchises for the MCO and supports the definition of the global strategy by bringing the insights of the markets he/she oversees to the global team.
  • Defining the MCO brand plans, adapting the key features of the global strategy to the specificities of go to market approach, customers, and channels, allocating the resources and being accountable of the success of the local engagement strategy in the achievement of the MCO goals on the brand.
  • Leading with a glocal and transversal approach focusing specifically on meeting the needs of healthcare professionals and patients, adapting the competitive and environmental landscape, and leveraging segmentation and targeted communication to achieve strategic brand objectives, ensuring the brand’s value proposition is clearly communicated and understood.
  • Leading the business case preparation for any new launch or introduction within the brands and products in scope for the MCO, working with all relevant stakeholders in the definition of the launch plan or execution plan.
  • Continuously monitor the healthcare environment and competitive landscape, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage and compliance with local regulations.
  • Role model the Glocal wow, guaranteeing the highest level of usage of the CLH resources. Engages with local agencies, only and restricted to cases defined with the global franchise teams, for specific needs of campaigns not covered by CLH.
