Description:
The successful applicant will have lived experience of Severe Mental Illness and/or food insecurity. They will be educated to Degree level or have Degree level experience in developing and delivering Peer Support in a community or NHS setting. Substantial experience of working as a peer worker or in another lived experience essential role is essential for the role. Experience of working in health research would be desirable.
Strong support for personal and professional development will be available, including research supervision. Internal applicants must ensure that prior to applying they have agreement from their current line manager that they can be released on a secondment basis
