PEGA Software Engineer (PRPC)

We are seeking a talented PEGA Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in PEGA development, including designing, implementing, and testing PEGA applications. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. A strong understanding of software development best practices and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues will be essential for success in this role.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENT

• Experience in PRPC technology platform (Pega) together with JAVA and PLSQL
• PEGA certification is preferred
• Good knowledge of general PRPC architecture and its fitment to J2EE architecture as need to performance tuning and optimization of PRPC implementations: Ability to use application preflight tool, PAL, DB Trace, Profiler tool, SMA console, PegaAES
• Excellent knowledge of PRPC features both on BPM and BRE side. Well versant with release to release features
• Good knowledge of PRPC integration capabilities and able to use integration wizards
• Perform PL/SQL code optimizations and review
• SQL Development ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design stored procs functions tables views triggers indexes constraints
• Should be able to write optimized stored procedures
• Should know usage of cursors/for loops/temp tables/inner queries/dynamic parameter or variables passing
• Good understanding of PRPC security model, integrating PRPC with external managed security such as SSO and LDAP

• Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases; to lead to successful delivery of the project and able to plan and lead the execution of PPRC implementation enhancements
• Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal, global business units and global network providers/outsourcers
• Strong planning and organizational approach to research and analysis of architectural issues and conceptual designs together with the ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
• Able to balance tactical needs with strategic objectives.
