Description:

Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Associate in the Pensions Disputes team, you’ll advise employers and trustees on resolving issues and disputes related to occupational pension schemes. This includes handling litigation when necessary.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
  • Track record of advising on pensions issues and disputes
  • Strong understanding of relevant pensions legislation
  • Experience in client development and relationship management
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proven attention to detail and drafting skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to various circumstances
