Here at SSCL, we are on the lookout for an Administrator to join our busy team supporting our high-profile Government Clients on a permanent basis. You will process pensions data, ensuring there are no errors and correcting as necessary to make sure a smooth process for the client.
We do have a hybrid working policy so with this in mind, it would be usual for you to be in the office in Newport 2 days a week and then working from home the rest of the week!
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Able to work in a team or other structured environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.

- To check and update payroll data
- Answer queries in an efficient manner
- Log queries and raise when required
- Adhere to deadlines and deliverables with internal customers to schedule and prioritise workload and manage expectations
- Maintain and update record systems or databases to keep records accurate, complete, and current
