Description:
At our office in Hammel, we are seeking a People Administrator to join our People & Culture department. This role is key in handling and supporting our employees in administrative activities on a daily basis and participating in the improvement of HR processes. The ideal candidate should demonstrate an understandable and helpful approach, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field,
- At least 2 years of experience in Personnel Administration,
- Proficiency in Danish and English languages with excellent verbal and written skills,
- Good knowledge of labor law and practices,
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications,
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills,
- Good ethical judgment and a people-service mindset,
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential,
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and experience in a Shared Service Center will be an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the onboarding process, such as sending welcoming emails,
- Managing personnel administration activities, including employment contracts, employee files, annexes, and exits,
- Organizing the salary review process (ADM part),
- Participating in local and global audits,
- Scheduling onboarding trainings,
- Implementing improvements in HR processes,
- Supporting the Payroll team in daily activities.
