THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• Demonstrable experience in a HR advisory role within a progressive and high growth company.
• Strong focus and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in communicating with stakeholders at all levels and adapting communication styles to match.
• Excellent Excel skills, for use in reporting and other projects.
• Ability to work and succeed in a cross functional team environment and successfully deliver planned outcomes.
• An ability to work collaboratively.

As a People Experience team, we deliver exceptional people experiences for the entire MYOB team, with a focus on partnering and knowledge sharing. As the Advisor in the People Experience (PX) team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day PX operations within MYOB.
