Responsibilities:
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for developing and implementing processes to analyse, interpret, and provide actionable insights from people-related data, driving strategic decision-making and continuous improvement within our People & Culture Development department across Nordics & Benelux.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of enhancing our People & Culture processes, fostering collaboration across European countries. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments across the organisation to ensure timely, efficient, and quality-assured information delivery.
Core activities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret people-related data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key HR metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development strategies.
- Lead innovation by streamlining processes and implementing automation solutions, ensuring inclusive and equitable data management practices that consider diverse perspectives and needs for informed decision-making.
