Job Description
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers, across Australia, USA and Europe.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, enabling you to develop tailored recruitment and selection strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
- Develop and maintain a talent pipelines
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and screen applicants.
- Facilitate salary and benefit negotiations.
- Utilise ATS to manage candidate experience, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
- Arrange the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities
- Study and interpret legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics.
Qualifications
You will have completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor or similar role, with a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including induction and onboarding. Proven experience in both blue and white-collar environments is essential.
You will also have a strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, professional networks, and online job portals, as well as proficiency in SmartRecruiters our ATS are essentail.
Additionally, you will have;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
Salary: $80,000 - $85,00
