INTRODUCTION:
About the role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring they feel supported and well-equipped from day one.
You will ensure that new employees of CRCS experience a seamless and welcoming recruitment and onboarding experience. This position will work across People and Culture and Governance, Quality and Safety to enhance the experience of new employees through the provision, set-up and training of our IT equipment, systems and internal requirements.
This position is currently a full time permanent opportunity but we are open to consider part time arrangements working minimum of 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Administer end-to-end recruitment with a focus on candidate care.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including IT equipment setup and system access.
Welcome new hires, provide equipment, and guide them through our systems.
Conduct CRCS induction sessions for new employees.
Advise on recruitment, induction, offboarding, and learning & development.
Drive continuous improvement in employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain compliant and accurate recruitment and employee records.
Prioritise professional boundaries and personal wellbeing.
