As a People and Culture Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR function from a generalist perspective. You’ll specialise in managing the full employee life cycle, ensuring the seamless integration of talent within our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team of HR professionals and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct performance management processes, including performance reviews and development planning.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, including training and development programs.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as required.
