Description:
Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop and build the next generation of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyser.
We are growing and hiring a People & Culture Business Partner and Talent Acquisition to give support and advice to managers and team leaders and provide full-cycle recruitment. Responsibilities include:
- Coach and support managers in employee relations issues and performance management.
- Initiate Authorization To Hire (ATH) for approval and upon approval post roles, screen, and interview for various internally and externally filled positions.
- Conduct references and prepare and present offer documentation.
- Actively seek and attend recruitment events in the community.
- Support leaders with integrating employees, including 30, 60 and 90 day reviews
- Develop and implement HR projects and process improvements.
- Monitor and stay current with industry trends, best practices, and legislative developments in all aspects of human resources management.
- Other duties as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-4 plus years experience coaching and supporting managers.
- Experience recruiting in a high-tech and/or manufacturing environment.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in relevant employment laws and regulations and their application in the workplace.
- CPHR designation in progress
Salary: $78,000 - $90,000
