Due to internal promotion, we are now looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. This is a great opportunity to move into a role with more focus on change management and organisational development.
Leveraging your robust generalist HR skills, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with our team members and managers across the support office team. You will develop and maintain productive partnerships to deliver value-added service to functional managers, leaders and employees to achieve the business objectives of the organisation. This includes providing direction and guidance for team members, as well as all people matters across the employment lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR support across induction and onboarding, employee experience, performance and development planning, organisation development and design, performance management and cyclical HR activities and coaching our leaders
- Partner with managers to ensure they are focussed on value adding activities, aligned to the achievement of strategy initiatives
- Support and executive change initiatives and various organisation development requirements
- Collate data analytics and reporting to provide fact based insights to enhance decision making, provide information to inform business initiatives and demonstrate trends and focus areas
- Support group, divisional and people technology programs and projects
- Work alongside our internal ER/IR Team, proactively identify and manage risks
