The role: We are now seeking a dynamic and hands-on People and Culture Director to join our Business Unit Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for both strategic leadership and operational execution, playing a key role in shaping the organizational culture, developing talent, and driving people development across our sites in Stockholm and Gdansk.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of driving both strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment and retention strategies in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems, with a hands-on approach to leveraging technology to drive process improvement and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the President of Systems and functionally to the Chief People Officer you will be responsible to develop and execute the People Strategy in the BU.
  • Leading the BU People team, the role will be responsible for the execution of operational tasks efficiently, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes.
  • Shape the organization in the most efficient and productive way leading and supporting leaders and business executives in the BU through growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand current and future business requirements.
  • Leading the BU People team, the role will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day operational tasks efficiently, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and internal data analysis.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and support programs.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify and address key talent gaps, succession planning, and leadership development needs, fostering a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, motivation, and productivity across all levels of the organization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and policies, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HR and DEI, proactively advising leadership of the BU on relevant matters.
  • Lead the talent acquisition team towards achieving recruitment goals and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
  • The role requires frequent travels between Sweden and Poland
