Description:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to work fully from office
- Proficiency in English for clear communication within the team
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, resolve issues and conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify and address training and development needs to enhance workforce productivity.
- Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure the company complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage and administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs, conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness, and communicate any changes to employees.
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, and monitor and report on key HR metrics and KPIs.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
