Description:
People and Culture Manager
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our P&C function. In this standalone role you will leverage your expertise to build capability and create an inspiring workplace.
You will report directly into the CEO and be part of a collaborative leadership team. It is perfect for someone who enjoys the variety of both BAU and project work, has excellent organisational skills, and can adapt quickly to meet changing business needs.
We are open to applicants who would like to work part time or full time. You will be required to attend our office 60% of your time. The office is part of the Stone and Chalk community located at 477 Pitt Street Sydney.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO and Leadership team to support on all aspects of people, culture, and capability building.
- Partner and coach managers to build their people leadership capability.
- Provide end to end P&C services from recruitment through to employee relations. Our headcount is around 80 people.
- Design and drive various culture, engagement and organisational design projects.
- Leverage your financial and commercial acumen to support broad change programs.
