Description:

Responsibilities:
- Improve overall team performance and engagement through the optimisation and implementation of onboarding and training programs for Solicitors, Legal Assistants and Receptionists.
- Develop and execute HR initiatives that align with business objectives, including policies, programs and strategies that support employee onboarding, engagement, development, performance management and retention.
- Measure, monitor and evaluate HR metrics and data to drive data driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Positively influence employee experience and the company’s culture.
- Manage and execute recruitment strategy for the overall business, and
- HRIS system implementation.
