MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • HR related qualification
  • Registered Psychometrist would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years Generalist HR experience specifically: Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Administration
  • Able to build relationships with a strong client focus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in managing and working with online Recruitment platform and SAGE/VIP HRIS
  • Excellent computer & technology skills: MS Office, Teams, Zoom, HR & recruitment programmes
  • High attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Analysis and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task and self-manage
  • Self-motivated individual with high energy and drive
  • Good planning & organising skills
