YMCA Queensland is seeking a P&C Officer on a Full-Time basis that is creative and fun to join our People and Culture team based at head office in Fortitude Valley.

You day will be busy with the below and so much more:

  • Take ownership of administrative tasks supporting the P&C team
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of P&C documentation, such as job descriptions, policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate people data across the HRIS including employee files
  • Support the talent team with recruitment processes including contract generation
  • Provide amazing best practice advise for Tier 1 & 2 enquiries
  • Manage all HR reporting including compliance reporting for qualifications
  • Assist the business partners with case managemen

As the People and Culture Officer, you will have a dynamic role supporting the P&C team undertaking a wide range of responsibilities along with some exciting project work.
