PEOPLE AND TALENT ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a People and Talent Associate to support our People and Talent operations in the Go to Market team (Sales, Marketing, Growth, Ops), with stakeholders based predominantly in the UK and Africa. This person will ensure the accuracy and reliability of our internal HR systems and databases. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing company policies, overseeing benefits management, and serving as an advisor to team members regarding People policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating and managing recruitment processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of internal HR systems and databases.
  • Develop and implement company policies that align with our objectives.
  • Oversee benefits management and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as a consultant to managers and team members regarding People policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of the employee onboarding process, crafting innovative programs and enhancing existing ones to create a welcoming environment for new joiners and set them up for success.
  • Address employee queries related to onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and other relevant areas.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the employee lifecycle.
