Here’s some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing to reference checks.
- Strategic Partnership with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely to craft job advertisements and scorecards.
- Candidate Engagement & Experience: Ensure positive candidate experiences through responsive communication.
- Employee Referral Program Management: Drive initiatives to leverage internal referrals for talent acquisition.
- Training & Support for Hiring Managers: Provide guidance to empower managers in their hiring decisions.
- Administration & Assessment: Oversee administrative tasks and conduct psychometric assessments.
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Provide recruitment metrics to inform strategic business decisions.
- Attraction, Retention & Development: Support initiatives to enhance Mamamia’s employer profile, including diversity efforts, internships, and onboarding innovations.
