JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY
Looking for two (2) headcounts - One (1) for a 12 month Maximum Term and One (1) Permanent employmen- Full-time
Open to all AU locations - Hybrid - Manager
Our People and Culture Operations team has an important role in enhancing the success of PwC’s three world class businesses and our enabling functions teams. We deliver high quality advice and an amazing customer experience to our leaders and people, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We’re looking for People at PwC Manager to manage the day to day operations and workflow of the team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of service to the business, within our vast community of solvers.

You’ll learn plenty as you lead the day to day planning and delivery of People at PwC work in an efficient and flexible manner, with high quality orientation, in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.
As an expert in workflow management, you’ll solve problems by achieving tight workflow management and daily on the job and career coaching of the team. In our People and Culture Operations team, you’ll also:
- Be the Team leader, responsible for the management, coaching and development of a team of P&C Associates and Senior Associates
- Understand the value a shared services team brings, and identify ways to enhance operational excellence within the team and in our interactions with the CoEs and business P&C teams
- Delight customers with a high level of service
- Manages the workflow and delivery for the team ServiceNow platform, and is the main point of contact in the allocation, escalation, routing and resolution of enquiries in line with P&C ways of working
- Identify trending issues, and escalate or resolve where possible
- Work closely with the offshore team Manager to identify and shift transactional work, look for ways to optimise processes, in addition to supporting onshore team members to train and mentor the offshore team
- Work closely with the PwC Onboarding Hub to provide appropriate resourcing support based on recruitment campaigns and hires
- Manage data integrity and quality in Workday where possible
- Work closely with the P&C Technology team to refine processes, implement process changes, and institute additional controls as necessary. For example, ServiceNow enhancements to support more efficient ways of working
- Work closely with the Senior Manager People at PwC, to develop and manage team metrics/SLAs to improve overall service delivery
- Create great relationships with colleagues in Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Performance and Reward, L&T, Wellness and P&C Business Partners to respond to and resolve issues
- Understand the employee lifecycle at PwC, and People at PwCs’ role in this
EDUCATION LEVEL
- Undergraduate degree or similar, or relevant experience in Human Resources, desired
