Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive global communications strategy and plan for the Avalere Health (AH) brand, ensuring our narrative to external and internal audiences is effectively communicated to support organizational goals and initiatives. Working in close partnership with the Executive Committee and senior stakeholders across all our global Capabilities, your role will oversee several key areas including AH brand strategy, corporate communications, marketing, internal communications, and public relations. You will lead a global corporate communications and marketing team to drive effective brand storytelling that resonates with key internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, partners, and the healthcare/pharma community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide leadership coaching support to include line managers and the respective leadership team in all aspects of HR.
  • Ensure the capability is delivering on approved fiscal year key metrics/KPI’s keeping an eye on performance and productivity across capability.
  • Partner with assigned Finance Business Partner to provide data driven insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver and champion HR programs led by the HR Center of Excellence teams: Diversity & Inclusion, Career Experience, Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
  • Lead talent management and workforce planning activities.
  • Lead organizational design and restructuring activities for capability group when necessary.
  • Coach leaders to successfully manage all fiscal year people management processes (performance management, compensation planning, etc.).
  • Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and provide appropriate management recommendations
  • Partner with talent acquisition lead on recruiting and staffing in support of the capability’s workforce plan.
  • Partner and support leaders, managers and employees across business unit teams on day-to-day operational processes, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and governance.
  • Foster a high performing, high engagement culture to ensure our people are productive, engaged and motivated.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring that this forms the foundation to our processes and decisions.
