In this role, you will be a sparring partner at eye level and support our international managers in all HR-related matters. Especially with regard to strategic People & Culture topics such as organizational development, personnel development, succession planning as well as change & transformation projects, you will be a competent contact person.

  • You are a trustworthy and proactive advisor for executives and employees in all personnel, labor law, and HR policy matters
  • You independently and actively oversee the planning, coordination, management, advice, and implementation of key HR areas (onboarding, professional development, organizational, and team development) within your area of responsibility, identifying HR priorities
  • You have a proactive and forward-thinking approach as an HR Business Partner, initiating and leading important change and organizational development processes in your departments, resulting in successful outcomes
  • You are open to exploring new approaches to optimize existing processes and enjoy challenging established practices to continuously improve the internal HR strategy, promoting productivity and performance
  • You actively contribute to shaping and successfully implementing exciting national and international HR topics and projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Professional experience as an HR specialist in a generalist environment, preferably in an international company
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR digitalization tools (for example, Bamboo HR, Lattice, Confluence, Jira)
  • Knowledge of social insurance and labor law and their application
  • Experience in analyzing HR metrics
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
  • Strong intuition for understanding people and situations, diplomatic skills in collaborating with various stakeholders, and persuasive ability in HR matters
  • Highly hands-on mentality, enabling you to tackle all topics and, most importantly, execute them with a focus on results
