Description:
WHO WE ARE
Aotearoa’s future is electric and if you are looking to ‘power-up’ your career in 2024, then don’t miss this opportunity.
We are a multi-disciplined, multi-regional electrical design, construction, and maintenance business. We maintain and develop electrical infrastructure assets for energy customers, including the third largest electricity distribution network in Aotearoa.
We know that what we do at Connetics matters, with solutions that begin at the intersection of community, creativity, and client relationships. We achieve this through exceeding our customers’ current and future needs, leading in sustainability and delivering innovative future energy services.
Responsibilities:
We are looking to grow our team to support our Operational Excellence specialist centre. Reporting to the People Transformation Manager, means you will play an integral role within our People & Culture Group. This role has it all! You will drive key projects through the implementation and maintenance phases with a particular focus on operational excellence. Your focus will be strongly on embedding change across processes and technology.
Our People & Culture group includes specialist functions such as talent acquisition and management, and organisational development, engagement and communications, and operational excellence to also support your delivery of world class business partnering. Joining us means connecting into an award-winning team! We’ve been recognised in 2024 as an HRNZ finalist for Talent Acquisition and the winner of HRD HR Team of the Year. Importantly, we are led by a nationally recognised, award winning Head of People & Culture and surrounded by line managers keen to engage and collaborate.
