In the newly created role of People & Culture Administration Assistant, reporting to the Head of people & Culture, you will make an impact in our Company by providing support to the wider People and Culture team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- University qualification in Human Resources or similar
- Experience in a similar role desirable, but not essential
- Hardworking, highly organised, proactive with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with recruitment as required
- Support the People & Culture team in the preparation of information and documentation for employee matters
- Contract and letter creation
- Creation and maintenance of employee files
- Distribution of Birthday and Anniversary report
- Ensuring all databases and reports are kept up to date
- Assist with responding to the People and Culture inbox
- Provide support and assistance to the wider People & culture team
- Work on projects as directed by the Head of People & Culture
