In the newly created role of People & Culture Administration Assistant, reporting to the Head of people & Culture, you will make an impact in our Company by providing support to the wider People and Culture team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • University qualification in Human Resources or similar
  • Experience in a similar role desirable, but not essential
  • Hardworking, highly organised, proactive with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with recruitment as required
  • Support the People & Culture team in the preparation of information and documentation for employee matters
  • Contract and letter creation
  • Creation and maintenance of employee files
  • Distribution of Birthday and Anniversary report
  • Ensuring all databases and reports are kept up to date
  • Assist with responding to the People and Culture inbox
  • Provide support and assistance to the wider People & culture team
  • Work on projects as directed by the Head of People & Culture
