The People & Culture Administrator plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the People & Culture department while supporting the implementation of a new HR information system (HRIS).

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and HR database.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related documents.
  • Prepare payroll data for an external payroll agency and communicate with external payroll agency.
  • Cooperate ad-hoc on other HR processes in the CZ office.

Local Implementation of Global HR Information System:

  • Ensure administrative support for the local implementation of a new HRIS.
  • Coordinate data migration from existing systems to the new HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide support to end-users on the new system.
  • Cooperate closely with the Global Project Manager and support the global implementation team.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all HR processes and documentation.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics using the HRIS to support strategic planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and audits related to HR activities.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, including automation and digitization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standardized procedures and documentation for HR processes.
  • Proven experience in HR administration for 2 years.
  • Experience in HRIS administration.
  • Experience working with data, intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Czech labor code.
  • Communicative English and fluent Czech.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

The P&C Administrator will report to the People & Culture Manager in the Czech Republic and collaborate with other People & Culture team members and cross-functional teams.
