Description:
SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced People & Culture Administrator to join our People & Culture team.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to our HR Business Partner, this role is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of administrative tasks for the wider P&C team and will provide high quality administrative support and assistance to the team. This role is required to work collaboratively with the P&C team to support administrative functions such as recruitment, onboarding, health and safety, probation reviews, reward and recognition programs, data entry across all digital programs, timely processing of invoices, record and file management, as well as employee correspondence and management of the SkyCity employee helpline inbox.
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or commerce (or similar, or be studying towards), and will have demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role. Demonstrated experience and knowledge using Microsoft Suite and an array of digital HR platforms or systems, coupled with data management experience, will be highly advantageous. You will have an excellent ability to develop strong relationships and possess strong stakeholder management skills that facilitates a high level of trust between operational managers and the HR team. Experience within the hospitality/entertainment industry will be ideal but not preferred, coupled with the below strengths:
- High level of professionalism, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail as well exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Approachable, personable and can build rapport easily with a diverse range of people at all levels.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A willingness to aid and support with a sense of urgency, including the ability to prioritise.
- The ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with computer-based systems; and
- The ability to flex and adapt within a fast-paced environment
