Responsibilities:
WHAT ARE THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
In this entry level full time role, as the People & Culture Administrator you will provide support to the People & Culture team members, as required, by coordinating and delivering a range of HR activities and administrative duties to ensure efficient operations in areas of:
- Recruitment
- Workplace Health & Safety,
- Rostering,
- Payroll,
- HR systems administration,
- Learning & Development,
- Records maintenance,
- Maintaining excellent People & Culture customer service and building and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE?
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline (desired)
- Previous experience as a HR administrator (desired)
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proactive approach to work including seeking of opportunities for continuous improvement
- Positive stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Sound ability to manage and prioritise workload in a constantly changing high volume environment
