If you’re a recent graduate in Human Resources, (degree, diploma or AHRI Certification) and eager to put your learnings into practice within a growing organisation, then this role is made for you. The successful candidate will be based in Olympic Park, Sydney and work across 2 sites, focussing heavily on administration tasks to support the broader People & Culture team and internal stakeholders.
What success looks like?
Administration: Creation and management of employee/stakeholder related documentation
Reporting: Generate reports
People Culture: Supporting internal stakeholder engagement as the point of contact for P&C queries.
Attitude: You will have a natural drive and a tangible appetite for growth and be open to challenges in the pursuit of your development.
Partnering: A collaborative approach and strong interpersonal communication skills will set you up for success in this entry level role.
Tech Savvy: A desire to learn new systems quickly and suggest improvements in the way we do things. Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level as a minimum)
