Description & Requirements :
We are seeking a talented and driven People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in Syndey. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to build robust, productive relationships with internal stakeholders and leverage your experience to provide proactive and strategic P&C advice to multi-functional client groups.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture - APAC, you will deliver change programs that align with and bolster our overall business strategy. Using your extensive knowledge of core P&C areas, you will identify opportunities for the P&C team to enhance its effectiveness and translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Guide employees and managers through core P&C processes aligned with the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a change champion, leading organizational transitions with agility and strategic insight.
  • Collaborate with your client group to anticipate and address business needs.
  • Provide high-quality advice and support to managers on ER matters.
  • Innovate P&C solutions and provide thought leadership to meet the business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop others within the P&C team and wider business.

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a P&C Business Partner within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local employment legislation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of core P&C areas.
  • Strong business acumen, and the ability to transition seamlessly from strategic thinking to hands-on execution.
  • Proven ability to build relationships quickly and influence at a senior level.
  • High level of EQ, balancing business growth and priorities with employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and guide others through change
