The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented individual to join our People & Culture Business Partner team and provide critical support to the P&C Business Partners on a variety of HR projects and annual programs. You will work closely with key stakeholders in P&C to help us achieve our goals.
Who You’ll Work With
As a P&C Business Partner Manager, Projects, you’ll report to the Director & Senior Business Partner and support all aspects of P&C Business Partner services. You’ll work closely with P&C Business Partners, People Operations, and COEs to partner on key initiatives and programs that support the delivery of day-to-day activities and special projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior P&C Business Partners, Directors, and Managers, to support the delivery of key People & Culture initiatives.
  • Partner with P&C Business Partners, People Operations, and COEs to prepare for successful rollouts of annual programs, including drafting project plans, communication plans, and customized guides for talent review, investments promotion cycle, enterprise promotions, year-end compensation cycle, goal setting, annual workforce planning, and more.
  • Participate in Performance, Talent, and Succession calibrations, supporting the activities of Senior Business Partners and Directors as needed.
  • Develop scalable processes and tools to deliver pragmatic solutions for business partners, leveraging materials from COEs and People Operations and making them fit-for-purpose for various client groups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance and Budget coordinators to support business needs and deliver requirements for People Operations to effectively execute organizational changes.
  • Draft change and communication plans for organization design and business transformation.
  • Finalize presentations prepared by People Operations or COEs, ensuring they are high quality and business ready.
  • Collaborate with the team to support leaders with People Pulse and action planning activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Train new team members on processes and policies.
  • Work in a team environment with minimal supervision and maintain cooperative working relationships, balancing workload among team members.
  • Delegate and/or supervise the work of others as opportunities arise.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of five years of experience, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret talent data, develop visualizations, and PowerPoint presentations for an executive audience.
  • Experience partnering with business or HR colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment within a global organization.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated record of implementing scalable solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to leverage data and insights to inform talent strategies and decisions.
  • Experience working with Workday or a comparable HCM system.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics and creating presentations.
  • Ability to manage, perform, and prioritize multiple priorities under time constraints.
  • Ability to perform detailed tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) at all levels in the organization, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Customer service focus and a strong attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies and programs.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ownership.
