Responsibilities:

JOIN QUEUE-IT AND PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE IN SHAPING OUR WORKFORCE AND CULTURAL INITIATIVES. YOU’LL SPEARHEAD CRUCIAL HR STRATEGIES, FROM EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT.

Queue-it is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. Our people are our greatest asset.
In this role, you will manage the employee lifecycle, support global workforce initiatives, and contribute to our ESG efforts. Responsibilities include hiring, employee development, administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, minimizing turnover risks, and actively participating in various ESG initiatives. You will work closely with our People & Culture team in Denmark and the US Office Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment: You will play a key role in the hiring process, supporting our hiring managers in the US with sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing for both commercial and technical positions.
Employee Engagement: You will drive employee engagement initiatives by conducting surveys, organizing activities (together with our Office Manager), and managing follow-up actions to enhance workplace engagement and productivity. And drive ESG initiatives.
Performance Management: You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, people development, and offboarding. You’ll support the global P&C initiatives around learning and development as well as other projects as needed.
People Partnership: You will act as a strategic partner to our US Leaders, aligning with strategic priorities set by the executive leadership and global team leads.
HR Policy & Compliance: You will ensure Queue-it’s employment contracts and processes, termination processes, and handbook policies are compliant with US regulations.
Manage and Oversee Salary Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of salary administration, PTO, and onboarding/offboarding processes. And regularly update these systems to ensure compliance with current regulations and alignment with market standards.
Benefits and Employment Related Tasks in Trinet: Manage benefit program together with VP of P&C & CFO. Handle reporting tasks related tasks related to Payroll (e.g. fill in documents or respond to inquiries from TriNet or Government).
