Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of our client’s organisation. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of HR strategies that align with business needs, assisting in talent management processes, and working closely with managers on development plans for high potential talents. Your role will also involve providing counselling and conflict resolution for both employees and management, supporting compensation programs, maintaining a working knowledge of the overall business, assisting managers with workforce planning, and managing headcount budgets.

  • Proactively support the delivery of HR People Plan and Strategies that meet business needs
  • Assist in talent management process, including periodic talent reviews and organisation planning
  • Work closely with managers on development plan for high potential or emerging talents
  • Ensure strategies and tactics to further the development and retention of talent within the organisation
  • Provide counselling and conflict resolution for both employees and management
  • Support compensation programs to motivate and recognise achievements
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the overall business in addition to the products/services of the assigned client groups
  • Assist managers with workforce planning and management of headcount budget to maximise resources and manage costs

The ideal candidate for this People & Culture Business Partner role will bring a wealth of experience in people management, along with a deep understanding of various human resource disciplines. You will have strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Your excellent organisation and time management skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks in a data-heavy environment, while your ability to work independently will be key to your success. Above all, your commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive data will be paramount.

  • Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Experience in people management is preferred
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organization diagnosis, employee relations and engagement, performance management and employment regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple tasks in an environment with large volumes of data and paperwork
  • Ability to execute tasks independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive dat
