Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Sit within the People and Culture (P&C) team and partner with our Generation and Energy Transition division. By being a valued and trusted partner and advisor, we’re making it easier for people leaders to deliver our energy transition by amplifying Origin’s culture, inclusion, and experiences.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS?
- Provide professional advice and support to the organisation on a range of workforce matters including (but not limited to), organisation design, talent management, workforce planning, remuneration and position management, and performance development.
- Provide strategic and operational advice to the organisation on the interpretation of P&C policies, procedures and legislation.
- Support the resolution of escalated and challenging / complex people issues, reducing risk for Origin and improving overall business performance.
- Able to think through challenges and problems and successfully navigate to recommend or source an appropriate solution.
- Work with the P&C Business Consulting team, People Connect, and other P&C teams to share good practice and ensure a broad consistency of approach.
- Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships, based on credibility and open communication, with people leaders, industry contacts, employees, and P&C teams.
