About the role:
As the People and Culture Coordinator you will provide essential support to our P&C Lead and Chief People Officer. The role is based out of our North St Mary’s Head Office, standard operational hours are 07:30-16:00. Your primary functions are recruitment, talent attraction strategies, employee training and cycle, project administration and support. With a keen eye for recruitment and talent acquisition, the other key responsibilities in this role include:

Key Responsibilities;

  • Field recruitment - branches and special projects
  • Proactive talent pooling, networking and attraction campaigns
  • Workforce planning - Consult with P&C Lead – and Branch Managers to identify staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Write and post job descriptions on job boards
  • Source candidates by using databases, industry networks and social media
  • Resume screen, phone screen, interview and reference check
  • Induction and orientation of all new staff – Field
  • Employee Paperwork and HR documents
  • Work with HRIS for documentation- ensuring legislation requirements are met

You will have recent experience in recruitment and HR administration. You’re a team player with a can-do attitude, this will see you succeed in taking ownership of the role and executing our field recruitment strategy. Selection Criteria;

  • Recent demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships throughout the business
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities of the organisation
  • The ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes whilst positively contributing to a team environment
  • Disciplined in self-management and accountability
