QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL LICENCES:
- Current ‘C Class’ Driver’s Licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check / DHS Disability Related Clearance or willing to obtain
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant field
- Must satisfy all Visa requirements to work in Australia
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will be responsible for the delivery of professional support and advice, to operational coordinator level, on human resource business matters. You will provide advice and leadership to staff within the People and Culture area to ensure they are delivering professional and quality services to the greater organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to staff as the primary point of contact for existing employment related enquires
- Coordination of staff contract management process for existing staff contracts and amendments
- Oversee efficient and effective coordination of existing staff records
- Prepare and deliver People & Culture related communication.
- Facilitate effective and engaging delivery of training programs relative to People & Culture
- Provide effective support and advice on CLO’s performance management processes including the participation and facilitation of disciplinary processes up to level 4
- Conduct effective workplace surveys, collate and report on results to support on-going organisational culture management
- Coordination of employment related compliance documentation and employment verification checks and confirmations
- Coordination and review of the capability framework up to level 4
- Contribute to organisational health and wellbeing initiatives
- Support the provision of general industrial advice to internal stakeholders
- Positively coordinate and contribute to organisational culture initiatives.
